Message you are running. Devins chip has more timing thus makes more power because it is used with higher octane fuel that is available in Japan. The higher the octane , the more advance your timing can be safely.

Also the midwest and east coast Z can run more timing or more boost safely on pump gas because their fuel is 93 octane vs. West coast is 91. That is big difference safety buffer.
